// BASE INFORMATION

> By commissioning or purchasing designs from me, you are automatically agreeing with this TOS. Please, read it carefully and with attention to avoid issues.
> My art cannot be used for AI or NFTs!
> All rights to the artwork remain with me, the artist. I retain the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes and to display it in my portfolio. However, if you wish to use the artwork for commercial use, please contact me to discuss licensing options.
> I reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Any changes made will be posted on my website or announced in the auction description. It is the bidder's responsibility to regularly check for updates to the terms of service.
> I have the right to deny working with you under any circumstances.
> Always credit my social media if using the artwork!

> Fantasy, supernatural, and mythological creatures; monsters
> Fantasy, sci-fi, medieval, historical or original armor and weapons
> Horror, body horror, blood themes, insects, and symbolic elements
> NSFW content
> Fan art (only from games and series I'm familiar with)

[WHAT I DO NOT]

> Anime [People are in a gray area, I draw as I wish]
> Pedo, capro
> Complex structures of robots and other mechs
> Characters without clear ref lists

// 1. GENERAL

1.1 Before placing an order, you must provide: character reference, order type and description, your personal wishes;1.2 The displayed prices may change depending on the complexity and complexity of each individual commission;1.3 I accept 100% prepayment or payment plan via Paypal, ko-fi or Bizum.1.4 I accept clear and concise visual links (references, pictures, photos, etc.) and a description of the order idea. Your additional information should be short, simple and relevant to the commission;1.5 Extra payment for complex details and other things;> complex characters design;
> complex outfit;
> complex details;
> complex weapons;
> complex ideas;
> other complex things making drawing process harder and longer.1.6 After payment and start of work on the work, I will send a sketch for your criticism and approval.

// 2. PROCESS

2.1. After payment is received and work begins, a sketch will be sent for feedback and approval. Additional WIPs can be provided upon request.2.2. Fixes must be submitted within 1–2 messages. More than 3 rounds of revisions may incur an extra fee. Redline sketches are welcome to clarify requests.2.3. Revisions to completed artwork are not accepted. Changes after sketch approval (excluding color issues) are subject to additional fees. Please review the sketch carefully.2.4. Each extra revision costs 10% of the total commission price.2.5. Mistakes on me part will be corrected at any stage for free.2.6. Refunds are available based on the completed work. I reserve the right to offer unfinished work for sale as a YCHCH.2.7. Once the final version is approved, the commission is considered complete. No further revisions or refunds will be accepted.2.8. If the client does not respond within 7 days after receiving the finished piece, the commission will be marked as complete and may be published.2.9. Normal turnaround time is up to 3 months. I´ll notify you if more time is needed.

// 3. USAGE & RIGHTS

3.1. You must be 18 years or older, or have parental permission to commission.3.2. I reserve for myself all rights to the commissioned artwork, including use for prints, merchandise. Full rights can be negotiated for an additional fee.3.3. Commissioned work may be livestreamed unless the client specifically requests otherwise.3.4. You may use the artwork for personal use only. You may crop or resize it for non-commercial digital use (avatars, headers, etc.), but you may not alter the artwork or remove the watermark from the web version. You may repost the artwork with proper credit.3.5. You may not profit from the artwork or its use in any form, digital or physical.3.6 I reserve for myself decline a Commission at any time.
